On the Drawing Board
This website is a snapshot of a few key projects where we have managed to get visuals produced or photographs taken. We are a busy practice though and always taking on new and exciting projects, so here is a summary of some current schemes that are ‘on the drawings board’ at the moment.

Small housing development
ButtonDesign for development of 18 units on a previously developed site in the green belt. CurrRecently submitted for planning permission with a likely approval in the next couple of months.'

Pair of houses
ButtonLuxury detached houses in seafront location to replace a pair of bungalows. Current;y awaiting go ahead to submit to planning.

Single Dwelling
ButtonA design for a one-off home to replace a row of 4 garages in a back plot in Brighton. The confined site and Conservation Area setting have made this a tricky development but by adding a half-basement and parly cut-back first floor we have managed to get planner support for our scheme.

Development of 86 houses
ButtonThis scheme is the result of extensive negotiations with the local authority abd a rigoroous design review panel process. The final design is in for planning and likely to be approved in the next few weeks.
