Leisure & Tourism

We have experience working on a number of hotel projects as well as golf-courses, a wedding venue, holiday lodges and leisure complex. We are currently developing a new tourism concept (www.aresort.global) utilising off-grid A-Frames in locations throughout the world. Specific project images below are:

• Grade 2 Listed Buckinghamshire club house where we achieved planning & listed building consent for a number of alterations
• Grade 2 listed Chapel house wedding venue where we achieved planning permission for conversion from a residential property to a new venue. There are also sketch designs (currently in development) for subsequent stages to add up to 40 lodges and a leisure complex on the wider site.
• Complete redevelopment of Beauport Golf Course with new clubhouse and holiday apartments/lodges to fund improvements to the course (re-grading of the course and driving range)
• Concept designs for 'A Resort' (under development) - an off grid A-Frame holiday building to be placed in stunning locations through the world
