Historic & Listed Buildings

We are experienced in dealing with historic buildings and have successfully completed refurbishments and extensions of listed buildings including:

• New basement, front extension, lightwell infill, lift installation, roof terrace and internal alterations to ‘Decimus Burton’ town house in Regents Park area of Central London. Full architectural service through to appointment of the contractor including submission and agreement of details for Crown Approval.
• Planning and listed building consent for extension and internal changes to a listed golf clubhosue.  The changes provided new reception, changing facilities, restaurant and bar, kitchens and guest rooms.
• Complete renovation of a listed Manor House, owned by The National Trust to include all new interiors, structural repairs, new services installations, external renovation and tanking. This required liaison and approval from The National Trust specialist advisors.
