Housing Developments

We work closely with a number of developers to assist them in assessing potential development sites and creating schemes to maximise return whilst ensuring planning permission is granted as quickly as possible. Whilst we understand that commercial concerns are paramount we will also try to maintain the highest possible standards of design to ensure the finished project is well received by  the customer, future occupiers and local residents alike. Recent projects include:

• Outline planning permission for 96 units in Hythe on a tricky site with flooding issues to overcome.
• A re-working of a 62 unit riverside scheme to remove elements of a previous consent which made it unviable.
• The re-working of a block of apartments which were being recommended for refusal by the planners due to the external appearance.
• Planning for a pair of apartment blocks over basement parking on a sensitive corner site in Kent
• A ‘farmyard’ style development to replace agricultural buildings in the countryside.
